Our conflict resolution/management trainings and workshops give participants skills and tools to address and manage conflict in their lives. Whether you are facing conflict in the workplace, the home or in the community, our workshops offer experiential learning with skills you can use the day you learn them.   Participants will learn to identify the root causes of conflict,  bond and connect with those you are in conflict with regardless of whether or not you like the person or not, and create the necessary dialogue to seek mutual agreements and win-win solutions.
