CM administers one housing program:  The Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Program (EFPP – back rent program).  This program is designed to combine financial assistance with mediation services in order to ensure long-term stable housing for those who are presently on the verge of homelessness.  CM staff believe that if landlords and tenants can solve any existing issues, through both financial assistance and mediation, they will be more likely to resolve future conflicts peacefully and foster a desire to continue the relationship.
